Sh! Dilating Kit - For a happy healthy sex life.

Sh! Dilating Kit - For a happy healthy sex life. - Sh! Women's Store

The Sh! Dilating Kit has been created to help you advance towards a happy and healthy sex life.

This kit helps with involuntary tightness of the vagina and, together with appropriate exercises, the Sh! Dilating Kit will help you transition to pain-free penetration. Dilation can help with a number of medical issues such as:
  • Shortened or narrowed vaginal canal resulting from gynaecological surgery
  • Pelvic floor muscle spasm
  • Reduced vaginal elasticity, narrowing and adhesions resulting from pelvic radiotherapy
  • Dyspareunia - difficult or painful intercourse
  • Vaginismus - involuntary, painful pelvic floor spasm which occurs with attempted vaginal penetration.

The kit consists of four soft and smooth silicone shafts of graded sizes, plus a vibrating bullet.

The addition of the vibrating bullet is one of the key innovations of the Sh! Dilating kit. Vibration can really help relax tense muscles, and you may also find it stimulating.

Turn on the bullet on by pressing the On/Off button on the side. Insert the bullet into the base of a dilator (always start with the smallest size dilator), and you’ll find that the dilator becomes a sensual massager rather than just a “tool” for insertion.

Coat the dilator with water-based lubricant (supplied with the kit), and also apply some extra lube to your genital area. This will make insertion easier. The dilator can then be used to stimulate and massage your whole genital region, including labia and clitoris - be adventurous.

When you are ready, try to ease the dilator in. You may find it useful to think of something you find arousing, or perhaps reading erotic literature. This helps with the arousal process and it also helps you to focus on something other than the dilating process.

The dilator set is designed to enable a smooth transition up the sizes, but remember that using some lubricant with each vibrator will make the whole process easier and more enjoyable.

Don't go up to the next size in the dilator kit until you are ready; think of it as a marathon – not a sprint.

The Sh! Dilating Kits are handpoured in our studio in London. The dilators are made from silicone, which is the safest, most body-friendly material.

Keep your dilators clean by spritzing with Toy Cleaner, washing with anti-bacterial handwash and hot water, or boiling in a pan for 3 minutes (remove the bullet).
