How to clean & care for my sex toy?

Cleaning your sex toys is easiest with sex toy cleaner - just spritz on and wipe off before and after every use. When air dry, store in a clean, fluff-free place for next time.

Can I use sex toys whilst pregnant or on my period?

You can definately use sex toys during your period - in fact we recommend it! Having sex on your period could make it easier to have orgasms as you're extra horny AND orgasms can help relieve cramps and back pain, so it’s a win-win situation.

During pregnacy, it's normal for your sex drive to go either way - you may feel extra horny (due to increased estrogen and progesterone, heightened blood flow to and increased sensitivity of the genitals. Or you may loose your mojo and feel the need for extra stimulation. Sex toys can help with both. If you have a low-risk pregnancy, it's generally safe to use sex toys, but you should check with your doctor or midwife, just to be sure. The most important advice is listen to your body and to make extra sure that all toys are sparking clean before you use them to protect you from vaginal infections.

Do I need lube with sex toys?

We think you should use lube in ALL sexual play - it enhances sensation, reduces friction and just makes everything extra sensual. So, yes, our advice is to coa your toys with lube and enjoy the exra-slippery ride! A word of advice - use water-based lubes on all silcone toys.

Can I bring a sex toy through airport security?

You can take sex toys on a plane, so long as they are not illegal in country you're visiting.

Sex toys are best packed in hold luggage, with batteries out or travel-lock on.

If you want to take them on as carry-on (and we have done this, 100's of times), they may show up on scanners, but security staff have really seen it all...

Take out any batteries to avoid any security scares.

Why don't you sell any 'realistic' sex toys?

We've always had the policy to not carry 'realistic' or 'replica' sex toys (which, when we started in 1992, meant we had very little toys to choose from, such was the dearth of 'Big John' dildos & porn-pussies-in-cans!)

Apart from any ick-factor, (we can't tell you how many times women have told us they were bought a 'realistic sex toy, which went straight in the bin) these kinds of sex toys can stir-up feelings of insecurity, which we're not into feeding...
