What's the difference between anal lube & regular lube?

- Regular water-based lube is thinner and may evaporate too quickly for the slow pace of anal sex.
- Thick water-based lube contains less water to provide substantial lubrication.


- Silicone Lube is also good for anal sex as it provides long-lasting and slippy lubrication. As the anus naturally flushes itself, it is less vulnerable to oil-induced infection than the vagina. All silicone-based lubes we sell are suitable for use with condoms.

Can I use spit/saliva?

NO. Never use spit/saliva as lube for anal sex. It can increase risk of STI transmission and has no lubricating properties.

Can I use vasaline, baby oil or body lotion?

Nope. Lotions are likely to contain frangrances or chemicals that can irritate delivate anal membranes. Baby oil and Vaseline are also not suitable to uses as anal lube. Both break down condoms, trap bacteria and are difficult to wash off. Baby oil and Vaseline can also damage your sex toys.

Do you recommend numbing lube?

Nope. And nor do we carry it. It's important not to mask any pain, as pain is the body's way of telling you something isn't right. Only when your body is relaxed and ready for anal sex will it be sensual and pleasurable.
