Hello, yes we can see how it is a bit confusiong as the fronts are the same! The B.Cush *sticks* to the dildo base and the Bumpher has a hole in the base to *strech over* the dildo base. If you look at the samll pics in the product description, you'll see. It doesn't make much differnce in use, unless you want to use the grindpad (Bumpher) over the back of things that can be used as a handle x
