After hearing good things about ben wa balls and getting curious enough to try them I decided to order these ones. I didn't want to spend too much on something that I wasn't sure about so £10 was just right. To be honest, I didn't get much out of them. Although they may have helped me discover that I already have a pretty strong muscles as I couldn't really feel the weight of them that much. The quality could be improved some as I noticed small pits and dings in the balls, which as one reviewer stated, could lead to rusting. I would suggest them to someone who just wants a cheap option to give it a try. Someone who may already have strong muscles may want to look for a heavier option.
