If I'm having a particularly cheeky morning I will pop it in before I go to work, and because of its inobtrusive size I can keep it in all day - which I must say keeps a smile on one's face! Having previously bought the smartball duo for myself, i decided to purchase the uno for my girlfriend. The thinking behind it was to start gently :-D Not that the duo is harder to wear than this one but the uno seems more of a gentle gift if someone is going to wear it for a few hours at a time every day. Then there is always the possibility of an upgrade isn't there. Just like the duo, it is easy to wash and easier to insert with a little bit of lube, lying down.
