Our web sales team works in Epping Forest. If you are willing to travel for your pleasure and if we have what you want in stock, we may be able to offer a pick-up service.
Firstly, call us!
Call us on 03333 444 005 and let us know you are calling to inquire about the possibility of a pick-up service.
We will process your order and take card payment over the phone (no cash is kept on the premises).
Our friendly team and you will agree on a time to pick up your goodies. This will usually be between 11am-4pm Monday-Friday.
During the call, please let us know which pick-up option (below) you have chosen.
- Drive to collect your order from us - CM16 6LJ.
- Travel to Epping Station on the Central Line. Grab a cab from the taxi office outside the station or book an Uber.
- Occasionally, an Uber driver may agree to collect the bag (it'll be discreetly packed) and take it to you. You are responsible for booking the correct pick-up and drop-off addresses and details with the driver. We take no responsibility for this.
- Use the tube + countryside bus. Take the bus to Harlow outside Epping Station and alight at Carpenter's Arm stop. We are about a 10-minute walk from the stop.
Please note: Orders must be collected before 4pm.
