How to Choose the Right Size Strap-On Harness

Bodies come in all shapes and sizes, so it only makes sense that harnesses do too. That’s why we offer a wide range of sizing options across our strap-on harnesses. Our sizing does tend to run on the generous side compared with standard clothing sizes, so if you find yourself between sizes, we usually recommend opting for the smaller size for a more secure fit.

It’s also worth keeping in mind that leather is a strong, natural material that will soften and gently stretch with wear over time.

If you find the adjustable leg straps are a little long once you’ve got everything tightened to your liking, don’t worry - that’s easy to fix. Simply tuck any excess length neatly behind the hip straps to keep things secure and out of the way during use.

How to Put On 2-Strap Harnesses

Whether you choose a wide-back strap-on or a simpler style, putting on and removing a 2-strap harness is the same.

- If you can wiggle the harness up over your hips without fully undoing it, you’ll want to loosen the front straps slightly through the D-rings first, leaving around 3–5 cm of strap at the ends for easy adjustment later.

- If it doesn’t slip on comfortably, don’t force it - simply undo one of the front straps so you can step in more easily.

- Step into the leg loops as you would a pair of trousers, one leg at a time.
Pull the harness up so the back panel sits comfortably across your lower back, then bring the front panel into place over your pubic area.

- Slide your dildo through the O-ring so it sits snugly against your body, then adjust its position so it feels stable and aligned.

- Once everything is in place, tighten the front leg straps by pulling them evenly and gradually downward on both sides to ensure a balanced fit.

- For extra security, hinge forward slightly at the waist and give the front straps another gentle pull to fine-tune the fit.

- To remove the harness, simply loosen or undo one front strap and step out as you would with underwear.
