After hearing good things about ben wa balls and getting curious enough to try them I decided to order these ones. I didn't want to spend too much on something that I wasn't sure about so £10 was just right. To be honest, I didn't get much out of them. Although they may have helped me discover that I already have a pretty strong muscles as I couldn't really feel the weight of them that much. The quality could be improved some as I noticed small pits and dings in the balls, which as one reviewer stated, could lead to rusting. I would suggest them to someone who just wants a cheap option to give it a try. Someone who may already have strong muscles may want to look for a heavier option.

Very simple to insert and what's more no one knows they are there... Perfect for getting those PC muscles back into shape after a baby, or to just help keep them well toned all along. Simply clench your pelvic floor muscles over and over again and make the balls move, it really couldn't be easier or more effective! Since the balls are silent when inserted, you can do this anywhere and at any time... They're just your naughty secret as well as making sure your well toned and tight.The more you use your PC muscles the better control you have over them, this can help stop issues with bladder control after childbirth, as well as leading to stronger orgasms. All in all the perfect toy!

An interesting experience: put them in and didn't really notice them much... until I started moving around, at which point several "oops" moments happened! :-) When combined with a (vibrating) dildo, however... oh MY. These are going to become a regular feature in my life! Definitely recommended, especially if you like feeling "full" - they're weighty enough to do a really good job of providing that in combination with another toy.

It must be a matter of anatomy because I don't find them any harder to keep in than a tampon (I haven't had any babies if that makes a difference). They stay in all day, through laughing, sneezing and weeing. They still feel nice though, and I'm looking forward to seeing what it does to my partner when he finds them in me.

Whilst the Ben Wa balls do certainly provide a great work out (you really have to squeeze to keep them from falling out!) they made me feel a little worried I’d lose them inside myself as they are so small and without any string attachment. The first time I used them I didn’t use enough lube and one did go astray and result in a surge of panic. Of course it’s not possible to lose them inside oneself and after a few moments of comical jumping up and down on the spot the second one came back out. I’ve used them since with more lube though with far more success and find that whilst I certainly don’t prefer them for exercise over the other balls available (I use the Je Joue Ami for these means) I do enjoy the Ben wa balls for the fun factor as it does turn into a comical game of ‘keep them from popping out’ whilst you get on with whatever else it is that you’re doing at the time. It certainly amuses both me and my partner and I’m getting the added bonus of some exercise alongside all this too! Sex is supposed to be full of laugh out loud moments too and so I feel that these little balls are offering something unique that the others don’t.

Loved mine as a warm up, agree with all the other reviews on here: good weight etc, but they have now gone a bit rusty or the surface has oxidised or something even though I followed the care instructions. Would I buy again? Yes.

They're small but weighty and do take some holding on to. Have yet to try them out with a partner, but can see they would create some additional interest! They're very innocent looking, so eminently transportable when not actually being used. Easy to clean, but the small case they come in isn't up to much - mine have been transferred to a little bag and the case has been retired...

I bought these today and they're amazing, small heavy balls are really difficult to hold in, but I'm thrilled, they've given me a goal to aim towards - so now exercising the pelvic floor has an objective - it makes me stronger (oh yeah and better at pleasing someone else).

These tiny little balls are a lot heavier than you'd expect. Easy to pop in, they can be worn while doing chores around the house. Just be careful while guests are over, particularly if you have wooden floors...these little balls aren't subtle when they hit the ground. Of course after that you'll never forget to clamp down again Before they slip out!The best thing about these balls is that they are small enough to be left in while having having sex or during a sneaky solo sex session ;) The rolling sensation can add an extra zing and can be rather thrilling for your partner as well. Plus they work well with other toys, especially vibrators.I'm rather fond of my little ben wa balls. I even have a little pouch for them now so they can travel with me wherever I go.

My Ben Wa's are excellent! My partner thinks it's hilarious when they pop out! I haven't yet mastered having them in place all day (try 10 minutes!) so sneezing or spontaneous laughter will have them popping out at the most inappropriate times! They are great fun and they are a turn-on as well, moving around inside me whilst I'm doing the dishes. :) They are supposed to be my secret but I think my naughty smile gives the game away - every woman should have a pair to help the chores around the house get done quicker!
