Thick enough to feel protected, thin enough not to lose sensitivity of touch/sensation. No allergic reaction rashes, swelling or heating. They have a slight scent, but nothing too terrible or unpleasant. When on they seem slightly textured, but after wearing for a little bit this is not noticeable.
