HOW TO USE FUN CUP

TO INSERT: Fold the cup and insert it into your vagina. Then, let go, so that it pops open. Bear down with your muscles and twist the cup from side to side to create a seal.

TO EMPTY/CLEAN: Empty the cup into the toilet. Rinse thoroughly or wash with a mild soap. Put the cup back in or store it in its antimicrobial bag.

Fun Factory's Fun Cup can be cleaned in the same way as baby equipment: with sterilising fluid, or by boiling for five minutes in an open pan of water.
