    Curious about menstrual cups but unsure which size to choose? The Fun Cup Explore Kit gives you two options to get to know your body and find what feels comfortable.
    Made from flexible, medical-grade silicone, these reusable cups collect your flow rather than absorb it. A soft centre follows your body’s contours, while the firmer rim helps keep your cup in place. The textured tip gives you something to grip when adjusting it.
    Wear yours while working, snoozing or doing chores. With up to 12 hours between changes, depending on your flow, there’s more time to get on with your day. Empty sooner whenever needed.
    Wash, reuse and repeat: fewer disposable period products to buy, and less to throw away.

    Two sizes to explore

    Every body is different, and finding your best fit can take a little experimenting. This kit includes:
    • Size A – 20ml: The smaller cup, made with firmer silicone for easier positioning and adjustment.
    • Size B – 30ml: The larger cup, made with softer silicone and extra capacity for heavier flow.
    Try both to discover your preferred fit, or switch between them as your flow changes.

    How to insert: Read the enclosed instructions before your first use, and always wash your hands before inserting or removing your cup. Fold the cup and insert it into your vagina. Then, let go, so that it pops open. Bear down with your muscles and twist the cup from side to side to create a seal.

    How to remove: To remove your cup comfortably, pinch the cup lightly to break the suction keeping in in place. Pull it out.

    How to empty and clean: Empty the cup into the toilet.After emptying, wash thoroughly with warm water and mild, fragrance-free soap, taking extra care around the small holes (these are to ensure your cup doesn't suction so hard to your vagina that you can’t get it out).

    For a deeper clean, you can boil the cup in plain water for three minutes. Allow the cup to cool fully before handling or reinserting, and let it dry completely before storing away from direct sunlight.
