Effective and good value

My previous review mentioned, these made me excited to try these because of their focus on pleasure instead of "fixing me". ANNDD my boyfriend and I took this same vibe, un-intended pun, into the bedroom with us. FINALLY, we were able to have penetrative sex without pain, and have been regularly since.

Still too afraid to use a tampon tbh, but that's not the worst thing for now.

I was actually so excited to use these! My regular dilators I just do not use because its not fun, it reminds me of how bad I feel about the whole thing. BUT in trying to focus on just pleasure as some others on reddit suggested, these fit the bill so much better.

As others have said, the biggest is small but I'm going to go hunt for the next "size up" vibrator on the site somewhere - woo!

Very comfortable and easy to use, SO much better than hard silicone ones, but like other women have suggested, an extra larger one would be really useful

These are really great and I can’t fault the material or length of any of them. The vibe is a bit faffy but a really great feature and enables clitoral stimulation combined with the dilator base positioning, which further aids relaxation and makes the whole thing feel less clinical if you are using them for medical reasons. These are great for both solo and partnered use. I do however really wish that the biggest one available was more girthy/ had a wider circumference - if you’re using these to help with penetrative sex there is still a big jump to that from the biggest dilator in this set. In general really pleased though and would recommend this!

I have had a very positive experience with these dilators! I didn’t even know what vaginismus was until I started looking into the pain (and ultimate dread) I had begun experiencing with penetration. My gynaecologist recommended trying dilators with pelvic floor exercises, so I started with these. I have found them comfortable and easy to use. I apply lots of lube and incorporated them into my “self pleasure” routine, so that I am as relaxed and ready as possible. If you’re thinking about buying these, go for it. They are slim enough to not be too intimidating and you are in charge of how you use them. Don’t pressure yourself, take your time, take a break if you struggle and get used to new sensations!

The dilators come in lovely packaging and came promptly. The dilators themselves are great. The only thing I would like is maybe one more bigger size in the pack.

I've had vaginismus for years and was looking for another product to make the dilation process a bit more enjoyable and not so clinical. The addition of a vibrator was rather unexpected but a nice way to combine the physical therapy side with pleasure and the material has a good give to it unlike some other harder plastic dilators. They also came in a very cute and discreet silky drawstring bag which I thought was a lovely little addition.

I think these are a great idea and I wish I discovered them years ago. So much easier and more comfortable than the NHS hard plastic dilators I was provided with. My muscles relaxed a lot quicker. Thank you Sh for designing dilators that feel good. I look forward to dilating and it's no longer a chore.

I bought this set because I can’t insert a tampon and I couldn’t have sex with my boyfriend. Vaginismus has ruined my relationship, I broke up with him because I felt hopeless. I was on instagram one day and I saw this. I bought this to help me/my body get comfortable with something being inside me and not freaking out. I am very happy to say that I actually fit the smallest one in me the first time I tried it, I didn’t think I could do it. Thank you for helping me with this process and I can honestly say that I feel like there is some hope for me. If you are debating to this get this because you feel like you can’t do it, trust me just buy the set, it is really helping my confidence. And... it’s cheaper to buy the full set, I live in the U.S. and I didn’t want to pay shipping multiple times if I was ordering them as I progressed.

Thanks for the lovely dilator set that you sent us, it looks fabulous. I went to The London Vulval Pain Support Group meeting on the 4th June 2016 and showed it to the ladies there – much interest. I like the design – not too large – and the optional bullet.
