Before popping the Ben Wa balls into my vagina, I was concerned that I'd lose them inside myself. They're so small and don't have a retrieval cord!
It quickly became clear I had nothing to worry about. The problem is keeping the balls inside...
Ben Wa balls are surprisingly heavy (the pair weighs 60g together), and it takes a bit of strength to keep them from slipping out. This has provided endless amusement for my partner, who enjoys watching me try to keep a tight vaginal hold of 'em.
I found that the best way to exercise my pelvic floor with the balls is doing it sitting down. When I stand up, gravity takes its course, and they start to slip :)))
I didn't use lube when I first tried my Ben Wa balls. One got stuck inside, which resulted in a moment of panic. Of course, the ball had nowhere to go and was bound to slip out eventually, but I had to bounce up and down a few times to loosen the vaginal grip of the pesky ball, and thankfully, it fell out :)
Using lube makes it easier to pop the balls in and get them back out again. However, using too much lube results in the Ben Wa's slipping out - it's a fine balance!
My top tip: Once you have mastered a tighter vaginal grip, insert the balls and do your housework. The balls moving and knocking together builds arousal, and you get through your chores faster!
Here's what another customer had to say:
"These tiny little balls are a lot heavier than you'd expect. Easy to pop in, they can be worn while doing chores around the house. Just be careful while guests are over, particularly if you have wooden floors...these little balls aren't subtle when they hit the ground. Of course after that you'll never forget to clamp down again before they slip out!
The best thing about these balls is that they are small enough to be left in while having having sex or during a sneaky solo sex session ;) The rolling sensation can add an extra zing and can be rather thrilling for your partner as well. Plus they work well with other toys, especially vibrators."
