We are receiving daily emails, DMs and calls from wonderful customers who'd like to come to visit our shop.

We are sorry to say we no longer have a physical shop.

Like many other businesses, big and small, our colourful li'l slice of heaven didn't survive the lockdowns. But this doesn't mean we've hung up our latex gloves and closed the dildo lab. Far from it!

We have a webshop!

Our website has even more stock than the bricks & mortar shop did, and we also have a virtual chat box where you can ask for advice or get help with your online order.

We recommend using Chrome, being connected to WiFi (especially if you are browsing on your mobile phone or ipad) and having all child controls off for the best Sh! webshop experience.

Most new devices new have internet content filter switched on by default. As long as you're over 18, you can switch this filter off. If your device still won't let you visit our website, even after switching the controls off, you need to contact your provider and ask them to switch the content filter off for you. You don't need to specify that you want to look at or buy sex toys - all you need to say is that you them to "remove content filtering" (we've had to do this too).

You might not be able to view our website if you are in a public place, like on public transport or in a cafe, with open source WiFi. If this is the case, switch to 3G/4G.

Telephone Orders & Advice

If our chat box is open, you'll get a small speech bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. You can then get advice in real-time. If the chat box isn't open (we need breaks, boo!), you're welcome to leave a message and your email address, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

We are also here to give tailored advice or take orders over the phone - just call us on 03333 444 005 and our small team will be happy to help. We are a teeny-tiny team, so if we're unable to pick up (we might be busy on our chatbox or speaking to another customer), please call back later or leave your name, number and a short message so we can call you back.

If it's not urgent, we'd appreciate an email instead. This gives us more time to tailor advice while still getting all web orders shipped out on time. Please remember to include any order number or other relevant details to help us assist you as fast and smoothly as possible.

While the world was in lockdown, we busied ourselves by building a socially-distanced sex & pleasure education platform: Shush Life This is where we host our most popular classes - take a look:

The courses are pre-recorded so you can take them in the privacy of your bedroom. You keep your chosen course for life, so you can also pop back for refreshers whenever you want!

Events

As we no longer have a regular venue for events, our popular evenings with bubbles & cake have had to come to an end. For now, at least. We're looking to partner with an LGBTQIA-inclusive space for pop-ups, so feel free to get in touch if you have suggestions!
